More About Our Process

APPOINTMENTS THROUGH ONLINE BOOKING ARE FOR CLIENTS AND PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS ONLY.
Appointments can be made online by clicking here. All appointments are conducted virtually. In person consults are scheduled on a limited basis!
New and existing clients must submit information via this Online Client Intake Form. We must verify all information is current, valid and not expired, including IDs (photo id, social security card(s), birth certificates).
For proper documentation management, audit purposes, security and protection of your personal information, we require all clients to use the Taxes To Go app. This is your online portal to upload documents, e-sign documents and collaborate with your tax consultant. For Android users, download the app from the Google Play Store. For iPhone users, download the app from the Apple App Store. For information on how to use the app, click here.


Once you download the Tax To Go app, you should follow these steps:

Create an account and login

Follow the prompts to enter information, documents and take selfie

Contact your tax consultant and provide the the five digit code

Message with your tax consultant, as needed

Track status under "Status" tab

Once you log back in, click on camera icon under "Chat" tab to scan additional documents

We DO NOT prepare returns while you wait. Most 1040's and small business returns have about a 1 week or 5 business day turn around depending on the complexity of the return. We have a preparation and review process that allows us to assess and consider your unique tax situation, determine what may be missing and request additional information if needed.
How our fees work:: We value our client’s trust and believe in the principle of truth in advertising. Unlike many firms we do not charge by the hour or by the form. We provided upfront pricing which means you will know and agree to our fee prior to us beginning any work or you making any commitment.

We ask for 50% of the fee prior to beginning any work and the balance when we provided you with a draft prior to submission. If you do not have the funds to pay in advance, NO PROBLEM! Our fees can be deducted from your refund.
We do offer tax refund advance loans up to $2,500 for those who qualify!
Once we have all or at least all material information required to prepare the return or project we determine our fee based on your unique tax. This comes down to the time it will take us to prepare, review and finalize the return or project based on the complexity of the services needed.
The forms necessary to complete your tax return may vary from year to year as your situation changes. For that reason, final pricing is always subject to a client’s individual situation and the complexity of their return.
